摘要:
目的 探讨Th17/Treg细胞平衡与感染性早产的关系,为临床预测感染性早产提供新的实验指标。方法 收集2017年12月至2018年12月遵义医科大学附属医院40例早产(28~36+6周)患者的外周血,根据胎盘病检再分为早产感染组(24例)和早产非感染组(16例),20名正常足月分娩孕妇纳入对照组。采用流式细胞分析技术( FACS )检测3组外周血 CD4+T细胞中Th17、Treg细胞的阳性表达率,分析Th17/Treg细胞免疫平衡与感染性早产的关系。结果 早产感染组与早产非感染组、足月待产组比较,Th17细胞阳性率(0.640±0.063%)增加、Treg细胞阳性率(0.048±0.014%)减少、Th17/Treg细胞比值(13.610±3.050)升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。而上述3项指标在其它两组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 Th17/Treg细胞免疫失衡与感染性早产密切相关,动态监测Th17、Treg细胞阳性率的变化,可作为预测感染性早产的新指标。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo investigate the relationship between Th17/Treg cell balance and infectious preterm labor,and provide the new experimental basis for clinical prediction of infectious preterm labor.Methods Forty patients with premature delivery(28~36+6 weeks)from the Affiliated Hospital of Zunyi Medical University from December,2017 to December,2018 were collected.According to the placental disease test,this study was further divided into the premature infection group(24 cases)and the premature non-infection group(16 cases),while 20 normal term delivery women were included in the control group.The positive expression rate of Th17 cells and Treg cells in CD4+ T cells of peripheral blood was detected by Fluorescence activated Cell Sorting(FACS).The relationship between Th17/Treg cell immune balance and infectious preterm birth was analyzed.Results Compared with the preterm non-infected group and the full-term pregnancy group,the positive rate of Th17 cells(0.640±0.063%)in premature infection group increased,the positive rate of Treg cells(0.048±0.014%)decreased,and the ratio of Th17/Treg cells(13.610±3.050)raised.The above three indicators were not significantly different between the other two groups.Conclusion Th17/Treg cell immune imbalance is closely related to infectious preterm labor.Dynamic monitoring of changes in the positive rate of Th17 cells and Treg cells could be used as a new indicator for predicting infectious preterm birth.
