摘要:
目的 通过观察子宫腺肌病病灶、子宫腺肌病在位内膜组织中VEGF、VEGFR2的表达及MVD值,探讨血管生成相关因子与子宫腺肌病之间的关系。方法 免疫组织化学法(IHC)检测40例子宫腺肌病病灶、腺肌病在位子宫内膜组织及正常子宫内膜对照组中VEGF、VEGFR2的表达及MVD值。结果 子宫腺肌病组病灶中MVD明显高于腺肌病在位内膜组和对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.0167); MVD在腺肌病在位内膜组与对照组之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.0167)。VEGF在子宫腺肌病组、腺肌病在位内膜组和对照组中的阳性表达率为100%,其中++阳性率分别为97.5%、40.0%和30.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。VEGFR2在子宫腺肌病组、腺肌病在位内膜组和对照组中的阳性表达率分别为100%、87.5%和76.7%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05); 其中++阳性率分别为95.0%、77.5%和26.7%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在子宫腺肌病组中MVD分别与VEGF、VEGFR2的表达均呈正相关。结论 VEGF、VEGFR2的表达与子宫腺肌病病灶MVD形成有关,提示微血管形成在子宫腺肌病的发生发展中发挥重要作用。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo investigate the correlation between angiogenic factors and adenomyosis by detecting the expressions of VEGF, VEGFR2 and microvessel density(MVD)in endometrial tissues of adenomyosis and adenomyosis lesions.Methods The expression of VEGF, VEGFR2 and MVD in endometrial tissue of adenomyosis and adenomyosis lesions in 40 cases were detected by immunohistochemistry.Results MVD in the adenomyosis lesions group was higher than that in the endometrial of adenomyosis group and the control group.There was no significant difference of MVD between the endometrial of adenomyosis group and the control group.The positive expression rate of VEGF in the adenomyosis lesions group, the endometrial of adenomyosis group and the control group was 100%, and the positive rate of ++ was 97.5%, 40.0% and 30.0%, respectively.The positive expression rates of VEGFR2 in adenomyosis lesions group, in endometrial of adenomyosis group and control group were 100%, 87.5% and 76.7%, respectively.The positive rate of ++ was 95.0%, 77.5% and 26.7%, respectively.MVD was positively correlated with VEGF and VEGFR2 in adenomyosis lesions group.Conclusion The expressions of VEGF and VEGFR2 are related to the formation of MVD in adenomyosis, suggesting that microvascular formation plays an important role in the occurrence and development of adenomyosis.
